Hermès seeks an Assistant Business Analyst intern in Pantin, France to support global menswear sales analysis and performance tracking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze global sales performance across sell-in and sell-out channels at all market levels
- Develop and implement new analytical tools and decision-support systems including sales projections and market-specific analyses
- Create sales enablement tools and supporting materials for retail leadership
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of business initiatives such as in-store events, training programs, and sales tools
- Track delivery rates and merchandise flow analytics across global distribution networks
- Enhance recurring performance reports and dashboards around core KPIs including revenue, inventory, sell-through rates, and best-seller analysis
Qualifications
- School of commerce, engineering, or university degree in finance at Bac+4/5 level or equivalent
- Fluent French and English
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of VBA preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with intellectual curiosity and strong initiative
- Prior experience in a role with significant analytical content preferred

Experience
First analytical role or recent graduate with prior internship experience in a quantitative business function strongly preferred.
Education
School of commerce, engineering, or university degree in finance at Bac+4/5 level or equivalent.
