Hermès Parfum et Beauté seeks an Assistant Business Analyst & Store Activities Coordinator (Apprenticeship) in Paris. Apprenticeship starting Sept 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support sell‑in performance for the Hermès Stores Europe network through regular reporting, consolidation and analysis of business metrics (sell‑in and sell‑out).
  • Maintain and enhance reporting tools and dashboards; ensure the accuracy, reliability and timeliness of data supplied to the zone.
  • Produce ad‑hoc analyses for launches, catalogue decisions and KPI reviews; contribute to monthly, quarterly and ad hoc notes for senior management.
  • Assist in the construction and follow‑up of the zone’s budgetary ambitions (revenue and P&L inputs).
  • Manage operational follow‑up of Hermès store orders (POSM, replenishment orders, update purchase orders and monitor quota‑controlled SKUs).
  • Prepare sales forecasts and recommendation files for new product placements in Hermès stores and track actual performance versus initial forecasts.
  • Compile and distribute monthly sell‑out reports to markets and deliver targeted sell‑out analyses to support business reviews with subsidiaries.
  • Support retail activations and field events: help organise annual sales seminars, define in‑store processes, enter order forms, monitor allocated budgets and assist with invoicing where required.
  • Act as a communication relay to Retail Merchandisers for product information and launch calendars; assist in preparing communications and field mailings to ensure smooth shopfloor operations.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master’s programme (Business School, IAE, University) or equivalent degree, eligible for an apprenticeship/alternance contract.
  • At least one successful internship or professional experience (~6 months) in a similar function is highly desirable; beginners accepted.
  • Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong analytical rigour, synthesis skills and attention to data quality.
  • Capacity to manage projects, manipulate databases and produce decision‑ready reporting.
  • Proactive team player with adaptability, initiative and good interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in commerce, retail or operations is a plus.
  • Fluent English.

Experience
