Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of Hermès employees, premises, and products.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to asset protection.
- Conduct audits and maintain accurate records of security incidents.
- Manage outsourced security personnel and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain physical security and asset protection.
- Report thefts and collaborate with local law enforcement as necessary.
- Provide training and support to associates on asset protection awareness.
- Review security reports and collaborate with management to address concerns.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in asset protection or retail security preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Mandatory security license for New York City.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
