Hermès Beverly Hills Flagship seeks Asset Protection Specialist to enforce security protocols, conduct audits, and protect company assets. Full-time, $25.50–$27.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct post coverage and stock security patrols throughout the boutique
  • Monitor associate compliance with asset protection policies and procedures, including proper handling of merchandise display and key management
  • Document and investigate security violations and incidents with thorough reporting
  • Perform routine facility inspections to maintain physical security and identify potential vulnerabilities
  • Complete required security audits and maintain accurate records of all inspection and audit results
  • Conduct safety inspections and communicate identified hazards to boutique management
  • Control access of associates and visitors to ensure premises security and enforce all access policies
  • Manage and coordinate with outsourced security guard personnel
  • Provide asset protection awareness education and training to associates as required

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of loss prevention or retail security experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Security License and 8-hour Pre-Assignment and 16-hour On-the-Job certificates (mandatory in New York only)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as required
  • Proficiency with security equipment and technology systems
  • Demonstrated credibility, trustworthiness, and professional discretion

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25.50 to USD 27 per hour.
