Hermès Beverly Hills is hiring an Asset Protection Specialist to protect people, product and premises; hourly $25.50–$26.91.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Enforce company asset-protection policies to safeguard merchandise, cash, equipment, premises, employees and clients.
  • Provide post coverage and stock security across the Beverly Hills flagship boutique.
  • Conduct routine physical-security inspections, safety checks and site audits; maintain accurate records and AP documentation.
  • Perform violation and incident reporting and liaise with the Asset Protection Manager and local law enforcement as required.
  • Review daily Cegid reports (negatives, voids, returns, quota items) and escalate anomalies to the APM.
  • Manage and supervise outsourced security guards and all off-site sales (public and employee).
  • Administer key audits, safe-log reviews and control access for associates and visitors.
  • Train and assess associate compliance with AP procedures and partner with floor management in the absence of the APM.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of asset protection or retail security experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 8‑hour Pre‑Assignment and 16‑hour on‑the‑job (OTJ) certificates and applicable security licensing where required by law.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with solid problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and handle merchandise, and operate required equipment.
  • Demonstrated credibility, adaptability, service orientation and results-driven attitude.

Experience
