Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble components to specification using hand tools and small power tools, ensuring immaculate finish and structural integrity.
- Interpret technical drawings, patterns and work instructions to execute precise assembly and finishing operations.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and final inspections, documenting deviations and taking corrective action as required.
- Maintain a clean, organised workstation and adhere to atelier safety and housekeeping standards.
- Work collaboratively with cutters, seamstresses, technicians and production supervisors to meet daily production targets and delivery schedules.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise workflow, reduce waste and preserve product quality.
Qualifications
- Vocational qualification (e.g., CAP/BEP) in garment-making, mechanical assembly, or equivalent trade training, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Proven manual dexterity and a meticulous eye for detail appropriate to luxury goods production.
- Ability to read and apply technical drawings, patterns and written work instructions.
- Awareness of quality-control principles and ability to perform precise inspection tasks.
- Capacity to work standing for extended periods and handle small components with sustained concentration.

Experience
Typically 1+ years in a production or assembly role; experience within luxury, artisanal or small-batch manufacturing is strongly preferred.
Education
Vocational diploma in garment-making, mechanical assembly or equivalent; on-the-job training accepted where demonstrable skills exist.
