Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous research and monitoring to pre‑select designers and creative talents across schools, exhibitions, fairs, shows, publications and online sources.
- Compile and author presentation dossiers for designers, including career notes, concise summaries of artistic practice, past collaborations and curated image selections.
- Act as an international/local scout to identify emerging trends and new voices within multicultural artistic networks.
- Perform iconographic research to illustrate briefs, thematic subjects and interdisciplinary drawing projects across métiers.
- Scan original drawings, prepare scale model prints and produce materials for appointments with Artistic and Creative Directors.
- Maintain and update boards, collection plans and designer files; track progress of drawing projects by métier.
- Refresh presentations related to Studio squares and ongoing drawing projects to support internal creative reviews.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an advanced year of a Bachelor's or Master's programme in art, design or a related field (dual‑training/apprenticeship appreciated).
- Strong knowledge of contemporary art and art history, with access to or involvement in an international/multicultural artistic network.
- Keen awareness of cultural news and emerging artistic trends; curiosity and intellectual rigor.
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, strong time management and the ability to prioritise under deadlines.
- Autonomy, responsiveness, organizational rigor, versatility and a capacity to synthesise information succinctly.
- Collaborative mindset with aptitude for coordinating actions among multiple internal and external interlocutors.
- Fluent written and spoken English; French language ability is optional but valued.
