Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all phases of leather goods production, from design interpretation through final finishing, adhering to Hermès quality standards and production schedules
- Master fundamental hand-stitching, leather-cutting, and assembly techniques under the guidance of experienced artisan mentors
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, precision, and care in handling premium leather and materials
- Contribute to team-based production workflows while maintaining focus on individual craftsmanship and quality
- Progress through structured competency milestones during the six-month professional training contract, twelve-month apprenticeship, and subsequent CDI position
Qualifications
- No prior formal leatherworking education or experience required; candidates are selected on demonstrated manual aptitude, dexterity, and motivation during assessment and interview
