Role & Responsibilities
- Manufacture leather goods (bags, small leather articles, and other products) from design through to completion, adhering to established quality criteria and timeline expectations
- Execute precise leatherworking techniques learnt through the professionalization and apprenticeship curricula
- Contribute to the preservation and promotion of traditional artisanal craftsmanship within Hermès' regional manufacturing ecosystem
- Maintain consistently high production standards and attention to detail across all phases of fabrication
