Role & Responsibilities

  • Complete the manual manufacture of leather products (bags, belts and lifestyle leather goods) from assembly through finishing, adhering to Hermès quality and productivity standards.
  • Perform hand assembly, sewing and finishing operations with meticulous attention to artisanal technique and detail.
  • Carry out systematic self‑inspection and quality control of finished pieces to ensure conformity with product specifications.
  • Follow structured training under the professionalisation programme to learn Maison‑specific leatherworking techniques and processes.
  • Work collaboratively within the atelier to maintain a productive, safe and ergonomically sound workshop environment.

Qualifications
