Tanneries du Puy — Chadrac: Apprentice Application Developer (IT), 12‑month alternance from Sept 2026 to develop PHP/Symfony features and TITAN modules.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine extension modules for the TITAN application, ensuring ergonomic and user‑centric interfaces.
  • Collect and formalize functional requirements through direct exchanges with end users and stakeholders.
  • Write and maintain the functional specifications and requirements documentation.
  • Implement new application features and maintain existing codebases, primarily using PHP/Symfony and related web technologies.
  • Execute testing and user acceptance phases via workshops and structured test plans.
  • Prepare and perform production deployments and participate in release management using GitLab.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an IT program (BTS, BUT or Bachelor's level) and available for a 12‑month alternance/apprenticeship starting September 2026.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a structured analytical mindset.
  • Foundational knowledge of databases, specifically SQL Server.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with PHP 8+ and Symfony (6.3.12+ preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS and web services / APIs.
  • Experience with GitLab or equivalent Git‑based version control systems.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt and work within cross‑functional teams; beginners accepted.

Experience

No professional experience required; candidates currently enrolled in an IT curriculum are encouraged to apply. Prior internships, academic projects or personal projects demonstrating web application development and database usage are advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in a vocational or undergraduate IT program (BTS, BUT or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent).
