Hermès is seeking an AI and Product Management Assistant intern for a six-month, full-time internship in its Analytics & AI Department in Pantin. The intern will explore PM and PO practices, assess market tools, help prototype an internal PM assistant, and contribute to agentic architecture and use-case discussions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Join agile squads to understand Product Managers’ and Product Owners’ activities.
- Observe and analyse current practices.
- Help identify tasks with strong potential for AI automation.
- Map and evaluate tools available on the market.
- Contribute to designing a PM assistant prototype using internal tools.
- Help draft documentation and conduct research across internal resources.
- Contribute to discussions on agentic architectures and their governance.
- Help identify relevant use cases.
- Support the squads’ agile rituals.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an engineering degree or a Master 2, specialising in Data, AI or Computer Science.
- Curiosity about product and business challenges, with the ability to structure analysis rigorously.
- Enjoys working in an agile, multidisciplinary environment and communicates clearly.
