Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of the Maison within the Support Commercial team of the Sèvres boutique, ensuring service excellence for all after‑sales interactions.
  • Manage inbound after‑sales requests and maintain omnichannel communication to keep clients informed of the status of their SAV (repairs/returns).
  • Receive and evaluate deposited articles, perform initial diagnostics and explain subsequent repair steps to clients.
  • Coordinate repair workflows: liaise with central SAV and local artisans across métiers (leather, watchmaking, jewelry, shoe repair, fashion), monitor estimates and lead times.
  • Receive repaired items and verify the quality of execution prior to client return.
  • Reactivate dormant SAV files, propose remote after‑sales solutions and escalate sensitive cases to preserve client satisfaction.
  • Organise repair priorities and manage the repair queue according to operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Two‑ or three‑year post‑secondary diploma (Bac+2 / Bac+3) or equivalent vocational qualification.
  • Minimum one year of professional experience in retail or customer service; prior after‑sales or repair coordination experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills with clear, professional elocution.
  • Autonomous, highly organised and rigorous with strong problem‑solving aptitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders (clients, store colleagues, external craftsmen).
  • Comfort with IT tools and omnichannel communication; able to work fluidly between front‑office and back‑office tasks.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
