Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative aspects of after-sales service requests using the HCare mobile tool.
  • Perform initial diagnostics on products submitted for repair.
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of service requests, including timelines, quotes, and communication with workshops and clients.
  • Coordinate with local artisans and the central after-sales service team in Bobigny.
  • Inspect products post-repair to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and the store to strengthen the relationship between after-sales service and sales.
  • Support sales advisors with after-sales service knowledge and promote the department within the store.

Qualifications

  • Diploma equivalent to Bac +2 or successful experience in sales or service industries.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken communication.
  • Empathetic and solution-oriented approach.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with IT tools and software.
  • Ability to handle both front and back office tasks.
