Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients in-boutique and ensure exceptional satisfaction throughout after-sales requests
- Diagnose and assess articles submitted for repair; track timelines and quotations
- Maintain continuous client communication regarding service status and resolution
- Manage repair workflow prioritization and coordinate with Central After-Sales services
- Serve as primary liaison with local artisans across métiers including leather, fashion, watchmaking, and jewelry
- Perform quality control inspections of repaired products before client delivery
- Support sales associates on after-sales topics and resolve service disputes
- Balance front-office client engagement with back-office administrative and operational duties
- Ensure all repair documentation is accurately recorded in company systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales or customer service experience
- Fluent English (essential)
- Excellent written communication and drafting skills
- Professional presentation and articulate speaking ability
- Strong organizational capacity and sound judgment
