Hermès is recruiting an After-Sales Service Advisor for its Paris Faubourg Saint-Honoré boutique. Manage client repairs, coordinate artisan workshops, and represent after-sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and manage repair files (quick service and standard) using the mobile HCare tool
- Conduct initial product diagnostics and analysis
- Ensure administrative follow-up of cases via HCare back-office system, including timelines, quotations, and client/workshop communications
- Coordinate with local artisans across métiers (leather craftspeople, watchmakers, alterations specialists, and cobblers)
- Serve as primary interface between boutique, central after-sales operations in Bobigny, and repair workshops
- Inspect products following completion of repairs
- Strengthen the connection between after-sales and sales departments to enhance client experience
- Support sales advisors with after-sales expertise through briefings and training initiatives
- Elevate after-sales department visibility and reputation within the boutique
Qualifications
- Bac +2 level education or equivalent professional experience in sales or service hospitality
- Fluent English (essential)
- Proficiency with computer systems and software platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathy and solution-oriented mindset
- Versatility in front-office and back-office operations
