Hermès seeks After-Sales Inventory & Stock Coordinator in Bobigny. Fixed-term position within Central Supply & After-Sales department.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor preparation and stock entry activities, addressing IT and physical anomalies on a daily basis
  • Optimize storage capacity and manage dormant stock while ensuring inventory reliability
  • Plan and execute inventory campaigns for products and spare parts, managing cohesion across systems (Hcare, Ego, M3)
  • Define required resources, train interim staff for inventory operations, and analyze inventory variances
  • Implement continuous process improvement initiatives and report inventory findings to management
  • Support operational teams and manage end-of-life product flows
  • Monitor supplier shipments and alert management to significant inventory discrepancies

Qualifications

  • BTS or Licence degree in Logistics or equivalent
  • Proven experience in similar roles involving analysis or logistics operations
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computer systems and digital tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Customer-service mindset with strong communication skills
