Hermès seeks After-Sales Inventory & Stock Coordinator in Bobigny. Fixed-term position within Central Supply & After-Sales department.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor preparation and stock entry activities, addressing IT and physical anomalies on a daily basis
- Optimize storage capacity and manage dormant stock while ensuring inventory reliability
- Plan and execute inventory campaigns for products and spare parts, managing cohesion across systems (Hcare, Ego, M3)
- Define required resources, train interim staff for inventory operations, and analyze inventory variances
- Implement continuous process improvement initiatives and report inventory findings to management
- Support operational teams and manage end-of-life product flows
- Monitor supplier shipments and alert management to significant inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- BTS or Licence degree in Logistics or equivalent
- Proven experience in similar roles involving analysis or logistics operations
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer systems and digital tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Customer-service mindset with strong communication skills

Experience
First-hand experience in similar missions involving logistics analysis or inventory management within a commercial or luxury goods environment.
Education
BTS (Higher National Diploma) or Licence (Bachelor's degree) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
