Hermès Korea seeks an After Sales Coordinator in Seoul to manage repair operations, spare parts administration, and artisan coordination in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Review and assess repair requests based on company guidelines and service standards, preparing accurate quotations for stores and internal stakeholders
- Manage communication of quotation details, repair scope, and estimated lead times with stores, repair vendors, and relevant parties
- Support daily operations of internal repair artisans and external repair vendors, coordinating repair schedules and monitoring completion status
- Facilitate communication between stores, customer service teams, and artisans regarding repair administration and material requests
- Monitor repair quality to ensure compliance with brand standards and identify recurring issues for process improvement
- Manage spare parts inventory operations including stock monitoring, record maintenance, system updates, and regular stock counts
- Coordinate spare parts requests for repair artisans and external vendors to ensure uninterrupted repair operations
- Create and maintain repair orders, transfer requests, and inventory transaction documentation while ensuring system accuracy
- Support planning and coordination of after-sales training programs, including preparation of training materials, SOPs, and operational guidelines
- Monitor training participation and serve as point of contact for store inquiries regarding repair procedures and policies
- Generate and analyze reports on after-sales activities, repair volumes, spare parts usage, and operational performance metrics
- Track key operational KPIs including service rate, lead time, productivity, inventory accuracy, and repair volume to identify efficiency opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in after-sales, repair coordination, inventory management, retail operations, or administrative support
- Experience in luxury, fashion, leather goods, or retail industries preferred
- Understanding of repair workflows and after-sales operations is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
