Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the reception of internal collaborators and external guests (designers, visitors), including registration, orientation and accompaniment within the studio.
- Operate the studio switchboard: receive, screen and route telephone calls professionally.
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and associated logistics (set-up, breakfast, lunches) and ensure rooms are prepared to required standards.
- Organise and manage operational communications relating to visits and studio traffic; escort and host visiting groups.
- Maintain studio supplies and consumables: place orders, track stock levels and manage receipt of deliveries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate shipment of artist proofs.
- Process basic administrative tasks such as expense reports and support ad-hoc studio projects, including moves and internal relocations.
- Support the daily running of the Studio Dessins to ensure an organised, welcoming and discreet working environment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in higher education (Bac+2/Bac+3 or equivalent) in administration, communication, arts/fashion management or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset and impeccable reception etiquette.
- High level of organisation, reliability and ability to prioritise multiple requests in a dynamic environment.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality in all studio matters.
- Proactivity, autonomy and readiness to take initiative; capacity to multi-task.
- Previous administrative or reception experience (internships or part-time roles) is a plus.

No minimum professional experience required; prior internships or part-time experience in reception, office administration or studio environments will be considered advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in post-secondary education (Bac+2/Bac+3) in administration, communication, arts/fashion management or equivalent.
