Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the generic vendor mailbox and respond to supplier inquiries
  • Process and validate digitized invoices for general expenses and inventory purchases
  • Verify, record, and reconcile vendor invoices and expense claims
  • Reconcile and age supplier account balances
  • Maintain and update the vendor master database
  • Monitor bank data entries and ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Handle supplier disputes and follow-up communications
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly close procedures
  • Support the preparation and review of the aged payables report

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in BTS Comptabilité-Gestion or equivalent third-year undergraduate programme
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail
  • Willingness to maintain work-life balance with alternating schedule (2 days in school, 3 days on-site preferred)
