Accounts Payable Accountant at Hermès, Le Pré-Saint-Gervais. Fixed-term contract role managing vendor invoices and expenses across 20 entities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and record vendor invoices with attention to accounting, tax, and cost center specifications
- Reconcile intercompany accounts on a regular basis
- Maintain and populate activity tracking files across assigned portfolio companies
- Monitor and analyze vendor accounts through monthly aged balance reviews
- Conduct supplier and internal client communications, including invoice verification and collection follow-up
- Process and manage employee expense reports and reimbursement claims
- Perform account reconciliation and analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness
Qualifications
- Minimum Bac +2 qualification in Accounting (BTS, DUT, DCG or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar accounting role
- Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
- Proficiency with accounting software and computerized systems

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable, vendor management, or a comparable accounting operations role, preferably within a multi-entity or portfolio environment.
Education
Bac +2 qualification in Accounting (BTS, DUT, DCG or equivalent certification).
