Role & Responsibilities
- Process incoming supplier correspondence (physical mail and email) and ensure timely routing.
- Verify completeness and compliance of supplier documentation prior to accounting treatment.
- Perform invoice and credit-note capture and video-coding for the accounts payable ledger.
- Record accounting entries for overhead expenses and purchase invoices for stocked goods.
- Participate in intercompany reconciliations and related follow-up activities.
- Reconcile and analyse supplier accounts, including matching/lettreage of transactions.
- Manage supplier disputes, monthly statements and payment reminders.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly closing tasks (accrued liabilities — invoices not yet received — and prepaid expenses).
- Support monitoring and ageing analysis of the supplier balance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a BTS Comptabilité-Gestion or in the third year of a Bachelor in Management (accounting pathway), seeking a 2-year apprenticeship.
- Motivated, organised, rigorous, adaptable and service-oriented.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Availability for an alternating training rhythm (preferred 2 days in school / 3 days in company).
- Eligible for an apprenticeship contract (contrat d'apprentissage).
