Role & Responsibilities
- Post and code supplier invoices taking into account accounting, tax and analytic requirements.
- Perform intercompany account reconciliations across the group's French entities.
- Match supplier invoices within the ERP and the indirect procurement management tool.
- Monitor and follow up pending purchase operations and supplier actions in Coupa.
- Enter daily cash movements and perform bank reconciliations.
- Conduct weekly reviews of OPEX and CAPEX postings.
- Process employee expense reports on a daily basis and perform ledger account clearing.
- Undertake ad hoc accounting tasks according to the department’s workload.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an accounting programme (equivalent to French Bac+2/3) and available for a 6‑month, full‑time, conventionné internship.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with an accounting ERP and purchase-management tools; experience with Coupa is an asset.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Rigorous, organized and able to manage multiple dossiers simultaneously.
- Service-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines; collaborative team player.
