Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee receipt, quality control, and allocation of accessories for creative direction and studio sessions
  • Maintain accuracy of line-up documentation, attendance lists, and product databases including codes, specifications, and status updates
  • Coordinate photo retouching and modifications for product line-ups during and after creative sessions
  • Manage accessory inventories for fashion shows across Paris headquarters and subsidiary locations
  • Serve as primary logistics liaison for subsidiary offices and accessory crafts teams
  • Track movement and flow of accessories pre-event, during shows, and post-event
  • Organize and supervise pre-event and post-event inventory counts
  • Manage post-event billing and reconciliation processes
  • Centralize and process loan requests through internal systems, creating and distributing inventories for appointments, sessions, and shows
  • Execute daily stock management including setup, storage for collection fittings, internal transfers, and regular inventory audits
  • Monitor inspiration piece movements and requests from the creative direction and studio teams
  • Produce and update visual documentation for studio and artistic direction
  • Maintain seasonal physical and digital materials including craft collection plans, color cards, mood boards, and sample archives
  • Archive accessory visuals assigned to shows
  • Update tracking documents post-event to support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Keynote
  • Professional English fluency
