Role & Responsibilities
- Own and guarantee the implementation of mandatory regulatory training programmes and the related deployment processes.
- Coordinate the roll‑out of the competency development plan for regulatory trainings with internal stakeholders, external providers, and the ADP & Training manager.
- Plan and optimise provisional training schedules to meet operational constraints and learner needs.
- Manage administrative tracking and reporting for training actions, participants and compliance records.
- Support preparation for internal and external audits related to training and compliance.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of training offerings and associated documentation.
- Participate in wider HR projects as required, providing training‑related input and execution support.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+3/4 (Bachelor-level) programme in Human Resources or a closely related discipline.
- Availability for a 24‑month apprenticeship contract commencing September 2026, on‑site in Cognac (Charente).
- Strong organisational rigour, curiosity and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; comfortable using HRIS/payroll tools (ADP) is a plus.
