Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the deployment and administration of mandatory regulatory training and related processes.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the training development plan in liaison with internal and external instructors and the Payroll & Training administrator.
  • Optimize provisional training schedules and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Perform administrative follow‑up for training activities, including documentation and record keeping.
  • Contribute to the preparation of internal and external audits related to training compliance.
  • Participate in the development and evolution of training offers and in broader HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher education programme in Human Resources (Bac+3/Bac+4) or equivalent, eligible for a 24‑month apprenticeship.
  • Organised, rigorous and curious with a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, client‑oriented approach.
  • Proficient with office IT tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
