Hennessy Cognac internship in recruitment coordination; support the HR team in talent acquisition for interns and apprentices in Cognac, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with operational managers to scope recruitment needs and develop job descriptions for internship and apprenticeship positions
- Optimize and structure job postings for clarity and attractiveness, then distribute across relevant job boards and platforms
- Screen and evaluate incoming applications to identify candidates aligned with departmental requirements
- Conduct preliminary qualification interviews to assess candidate motivation and fit
- Prepare shortlists and discussion summaries for hiring managers, then participate in post-interview debriefings
- Coordinate logistics for candidate interviews and final selection meetings
- Provide personalized follow-up and feedback to all candidates, maintaining Hennessy's commitment to excellence in candidate experience
- Contribute to the planning and execution of intern and apprentice welcome events, integration workshops, and company-sponsored site visits for educational institutions and employment partners
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Baccalaureate +3 or higher program (Master's 1st or 2nd year, Professional Licence, or equivalent university degree) in Human Resources, Business School, or related discipline
- Proficiency in core office software (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
