Hennessy is recruiting a Rare Editions Assistant Product Manager intern in Paris to support limited-edition development, franchise campaigns, in-store engagement programmes and competitor analysis. The role is a full-time internship, with a 4.5-day working week and Friday afternoons off.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development of limited editions, serving as the main contact for creative agencies and the packaging team while meeting budget, quality and launch-deadline requirements.
- Contribute to creative development, including moodboards, concepts and storytelling, and iconography.
- Support teams in increasing franchise visibility by managing products and mock-ups and preparing meetings with senior management.
- Support development of franchise campaigns, including photo-shoot preparation, digital orchestration, copywriting for marketing materials, events and public relations.
- Analyse digital campaign performance after launch.
- Develop assets throughout the year to promote the institutional offer during key commercial periods, in line with business needs.
- Help develop and deliver in-store engagement programmes, including personalisation, sales-support and display tools, and service rituals.
- Analyse key figures and conduct monthly competitor reviews, including analysis of competitors, franchise performance, consumer behaviour and trends; present findings to Rare Editions marketing management.
- Regularly share luxury news and trends across fashion, jewellery, watches, automotive and travel.
Qualifications
- Currently completing a Bac +4/+5 degree at a business school or equivalent university programme.
- Previous professional experience, ideally a six-month marketing placement in the luxury sector.
- Passion for luxury, with an interest in spirits.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues across functions and a range of stakeholders.
- Dynamic, curious, creative, organised and rigorous, with responsiveness, autonomy and a strong ability to synthesise information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- French proficiency is a considerable asset.

Previous professional experience; ideally six months in marketing in the luxury sector.
