Role & Responsibilities

• Organize and implement production means to achieve production objectives (occupational safety, quality, food safety, productivity, deadlines)
• Define production capacity based on available skills and resources
• Plan production activities including personnel allocation, workforce reorganization, and maintenance interventions
• Direct production activities in accordance with standard procedures and specifications
• Monitor activity performance using relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage production disruptions and identify agile solutions in collaboration with support teams
• Provide hierarchical and operational management of the production team (20–25 personnel)
• Ensure performance evaluations, professional development planning, intermediate reviews, and absence validation
• Conduct daily briefing meetings and facilitate continuous improvement working groups
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the production team and maintain a positive, stimulating work environment
• Actively support professional development and identify training needs for the team
• Build workforce versatility and implement personalized development plans
• Model and champion safety, food safety, and environmental practices
• Enforce and ensure compliance with safety procedures and instructions
• Guarantee the application of workplace safety regulations and protocols
• Ensure compliance with food safety rules and process traceability requirements
• Report any dysfunction that could present a risk

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a production environment
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate and align teams around shared objectives
• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
• Rigour, sense of responsibility, and strong commitment to safety and quality standards

Minimum 3 years of team management experience in a production environment, preferably within spirits or luxury manufacturing sectors.

Education

No specific degree requirement stated; technical or business education in operations or production management is beneficial.
