The Prestige Brand Assistant supports the product roadmap and 360° marketing plan for Hennessy’s Prestige portfolio, with priority on Hennessy X.O., reporting to a Senior Product Manager within a seven-person team. The internship is full-time, based in Paris, with possible monthly travel to Cognac; the schedule is 4.5 days per week, with Friday afternoons off.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development of limited editions, serving as the main liaison with creative agencies and the packaging team while respecting budget, quality expectations and launch deadlines.
- Contribute to creative development, including moodboards, concepts and storytelling, and iconography.
- Support teams in building franchise visibility, including managing products and mock-ups and preparing meetings with senior management.
- Support development of franchise campaigns, including activation through photo shoots, digital orchestration, copywriting for various materials, events and public relations.
- Analyse digital campaign performance after launch.
- Help develop assets throughout the year to promote the institutional offer at key commercial moments, as needed.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of retail animation programmes, including personalisation programmes, sales tools, merchandising materials and service rituals.
- Analyse competitors, franchise performance, consumer behaviour and trends.
- Regularly share luxury news and trends across fashion, jewellery, watches, automotive and travel.
- Develop operational and analytical skills and express creativity.
Qualifications
- Currently completing a Bac +4/+5 degree at a business school or equivalent university programme.
- First professional experience, ideally six months in marketing and preferably in the luxury sector.
- Passion for the luxury sector and an interest in spirits.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different functions and a range of stakeholders.
- Dynamic, curious, creative, organised and rigorous, with responsiveness, autonomy and strong synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent written and spoken English and French.
