Role & Responsibilities

• Support the payroll management of interns and apprentices
• Participate in data collection, entry, and validation for payroll processing
• Assist in preparing final settlements and contract-termination documentation
• Process and track daily indemnities and benefits
• Support administrative file management for interns and apprentices
• Conduct payroll data consistency checks and reconciliation
• Provide support with routine personnel administration tasks related to payroll
• Organize, file, and maintain departmental administrative records

Qualifications

• Pursuing a minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources, Management, or related field
• Interest in payroll, financial data, and administrative management
• Intermediate Excel proficiency
• Competency with standard office software and tracking spreadsheets
• Familiarity with HR and employment law topics is valued

Skills

Experience

Entry-level or beginner level; prior experience in payroll, HR administration, or personnel management is appreciated but not required. The maison welcomes motivated candidates eager to learn payroll operations.

Education

Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 or equivalent) in Human Resources, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
