Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the On‑Premise Development lead and the brand education directors to deliver the Maison's On‑Premise ambition and commercial objectives.
  • Animate and support a network of regional champions and stakeholders to cascade On‑Premise priorities, ensuring alignment with Business Development Directors (BDD) and Business Development Managers (BDM).
  • Centralise market needs and feedback, identify pragmatic solutions and ensure Maison activations are tailored and deployable in local markets.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of guidelines, tools and KPIs by analysing ROI of On‑Premise activations and sharing best practices.
  • Coordinate development of tools and assets in close collaboration with marketing, product development and commercial teams (primary responsibility — ~60% of time).
  • Support the "Hennessy My Way" programme: design community identity and promotional goods, monitor market trends and competitor activity relevant to HMW, manage the digital content calendar and 2026 publications, and track the allocated budget.
  • Maintain structured, proactive relationships with internal stakeholders (international team, marketing, product development, finance) and external partners (regional markets, Moët Hennessy subsidiaries, agencies, suppliers).

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a recognised business school or equivalent MBA.
  • Bilingual French and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Early‑career level (internship) with demonstrable interest or prior internships in marketing, on‑trade, luxury goods or FMCG preferred.
  • Strong project leadership capability and a strategic, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present insight‑driven recommendations.
  • Refined aesthetic sensibility and client‑centric orientation; willingness to work on‑site in Paris and collaborate across international time zones.
