Hennessy in Cognac seeks a Logistics Project Manager Intern (Finished Goods) to support warehouse data analysis and automation projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the data-analysis project for the high-bay warehouse and the fully automated installation, including data mapping and extraction.
  • Define, implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for the warehouse automation tool.
  • Investigate detected anomalies, propose corrective actions and draft technical specifications for the equipment supplier.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics perimeter, proposing improvements and animating action plans.
  • Collaborate with on-site operational teams to validate findings and ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Document analyses, progress and recommendations for stakeholders and present results to the logistics team.

Qualifications

  • Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) from a general engineering school or equivalent university diploma with a specialization in Industrial Engineering, Production Management or Logistics.
  • Driver’s license (Permis B) required.
  • Fluent in French and good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong operational appetite, field orientation and ability to work on-site in a warehouse environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills, adaptability, autonomy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Experience

Entry-level — suitable for final-year engineering or master’s students; no prior professional experience required beyond academic projects or internships.

Education

Master’s-level engineering degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent with focus on Industrial Engineering, Production Management or Logistics.
