Hennessy in Cognac: Logistics Coordinator — Finished Goods & POSM (Traineeship). Temporary on‑site role in warehouse and inventory operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and reconcile warehouse stock movements using SAP and Reflex, ensuring accurate entry of inbound and outbound transactions.
- Execute and participate in daily, weekly, bi‑monthly and annual inventories (Reflex / Excel); investigate and regularise stock variances.
- Prepare orders and manage loading operations according to transfer typology and projected stock (blocked/free stock, special flows such as Co‑packing and non‑traced pallets).
- Process market returns: receive, sort, inspect, restock and create non‑conformity reports; manage associated blocking/unblocking procedures.
- Coordinate with forklift operators and driver‑storekeepers to optimise loading flows and storage placement.
- Support continuous improvement projects: optimise stock organisation, develop traceability processes and improve non‑conformity handling in collaboration with Supply Chain and Production teams.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a tertiary programme in logistics, supply chain, transport, or business administration (BTS/DUT/Bachelor or equivalent).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and MS Excel; experience with SAP and Reflex is highly desirable.
- Good organisational rigour, attention to detail and capacity to respect deadlines and schedules.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a cross‑functional logistics team.
- Punctuality and reliability for on‑site operations.

Entry‑level. Ideal candidates have some exposure to warehouse operations, inventory control or logistics processes through studies, internships or short work placements; prior hands‑on experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a logistics, supply chain, transport or business programme (BTS/DUT/Bachelor or equivalent).

This position is based in Cognac, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France, within easy reach of Bordeaux.
