Hennessy (LVMH) in Cognac seeks a Logistics Apprentice — Finished Goods & POSM (apprenticeship), on‑site role supporting warehouse stock and order operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse stock operations: record inbound/outbound movements and updates in SAP and Reflex, and perform stock reconciliations.
- Analyse inventory variances, implement corrective actions and regularise discrepancies using SAP/Reflex.
- Prepare and perform inventories at daily, weekly, bi‑monthly and annual cadences (Reflex/Excel).
- Manage electronic stock blocks/unblocks linked to non‑conformities; coordinate associated flows and inform impacted stakeholders.
- Prepare orders and organise loadings according to transfer typologies and projected stock (blocked/free stock, co‑packing, manual workshops, non‑traced pallets).
- Process market returns: receive, sort, inspect, restock and create non‑conformity records.
- Monitor and replenish warehouse consumables, including management of empty Hennessy pallets.
- Coordinate and optimise loading and storage flows in collaboration with forklift operators and driver‑operators.
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement projects: optimise stock organisation, enhance product traceability and refine non‑conformity treatment in partnership with Supply Chain, Production and other logistics teams.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an accredited vocational or higher‑education programme related to logistics, supply chain, warehouse management or equivalent (apprenticeship track).
- Familiarity with stock management software and strong MS Office skills; experience or willingness to use SAP, Reflex, Excel and Power BI.
- High level of rigor and organisational discipline with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional warehouse team.
- Punctual and reliable with a commitment to health, safety and process compliance.

Experience
Entry‑level — suitable for candidates at the beginning of their professional career and for apprentices. Prior academic exposure or practical experience in logistics, warehouse operations or inventory management is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a vocational or higher‑education programme in logistics, supply chain, transport, warehouse management or a related discipline (apprenticeship).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Cognac, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France, with easy access to Bordeaux.
