Hennessy in Cognac seeks a Logistics Apprentice — Finished Goods & POSM for on-site warehouse, inventory and SAP/Reflex operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily operational management of the warehouse within a 20-person logistics team, supporting finished-goods and POSM flows.
  • Execute inbound/outbound stock movements and record transactions in SAP and Reflex.
  • Prepare and conduct inventories (daily, weekly, bi-monthly, annual) and reconcile stock discrepancies using Reflex and Excel.
  • Manage stock blocks/unblocks related to non-conformities and coordinate associated flows with concerned departments.
  • Prepare orders and organize loadings according to transfer typology and projected stock (blocked/free stock, promotions, co‑packing, manual workshops).
  • Process market returns: reception, triage, control, restocking and creation of non-conformity records.
  • Monitor supply items (e.g. empty pallets) and optimize stocking and loading flows in collaboration with forklift operators and drivers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects: optimise stock organisation, develop logistics processes (product traceability, non-conformity treatment) and liaise with Supply Chain, Production and other logistics teams.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an alternance programme or equivalent diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport or Warehouse Operations (BTS/DUT/Licence) or similar.
  • Rigorous and highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Curiosity and a strong appetite for learning and professional development.
  • Basic IT literacy; familiarity with office tools and inventory software is a plus.

Experience

Entry-level; suitable for students in alternance. Prior internship experience or academic projects in warehouse operations or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory.
