Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Brand Manager across the full brand calendar, from brief to post‑launch analysis.
- Contribute to new product development (limited editions, gifting, coffrets, POSM) coordinating internal teams (purchasing, packaging development, merchandising, digital, press) and external agencies (creative, design, photography) and international subsidiaries.
- Coordinate the creation and deployment of activation platforms and communication tools: write briefs, manage creative production, follow up on deliverables and lead post‑activation analyses.
- Act as a point of contact for international subsidiaries for product launches and local roll‑outs.
- Monitor monthly range performance and provide quantitative and qualitative reporting.
- Conduct proactive market and competitive intelligence to track trends and competitor activity.
- Contribute to budget administration: update and track allocated budgets, create suppliers and purchase orders, follow up on quotes and invoices.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an advanced degree programme with a specialization in marketing (equivalent to Bac +4/5).
- One or two prior internships of at least six months within an international marketing team.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); comfortable liaising with international stakeholders.
- Highly organised, autonomous, rigorous and collaborative with a strong team spirit.
- Creative, curious and motivated to learn and consistently challenge personal limits.
- Available for an apprenticeship starting September with a 3 weeks / 1 week rhythm; willing to travel to Cognac 1–2 times per month.
- Based in Paris 7th (on‑site role).
Skills
Experience
One to two prior marketing internships (minimum six months each) within an international or export‑facing marketing environment; demonstrable exposure to product launches, campaign coordination or cross‑functional project work.
Education
Currently pursuing a master's level qualification in marketing (Bac +4/5) or equivalent.
