Hennessy — Paris: Junior International Brand Manager (alternance) in Marketing & Communications. Work‑study position based in Paris 7ème, start Sept 2024.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Brand Manager across all brand and product initiatives, from concept to launch.
- Contribute to product development for limited editions, gifts, coffrets and POSM by coordinating internal teams (purchasing, packaging, merchandising, digital, press) and external partners (creative agencies, designers, photographers) and international subsidiaries.
- Coordinate activation platforms and communication tools: prepare briefs, manage agency workflows, follow creative production and perform post-campaign analyses.
- Act as the local contact for subsidiaries regarding product launches and ensure smooth operational roll-out.
- Monitor and report monthly performance of the brand range using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Conduct proactive competitive and market trend surveillance to inform positioning and innovation.
- Assist in budget administration: update and track allocated budgets, create supplier records and purchase orders, follow quotes and invoice reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a graduate-level marketing programme (Bac+4/5 or equivalent) with eligibility for a work‑study (alternance) contract.
- One to two prior internships (minimum 6 months each) within an international marketing or brand team.
- Strong organisational rigour, autonomy and a collaborative mindset; creative and curious with a desire to learn and push boundaries.
- Comfortable with quantitative and qualitative analysis and translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
- Available to start September 2024 with a 3 weeks / 1 week alternance rhythm; based in Paris 7th with possible travel to Cognac (1–2 times/month).

Early-career candidate: 1–2 internships (minimum 6 months each) in international marketing or brand roles; exposure to product launches and cross-functional coordination preferred.
Education
Graduate-level marketing studies (Bac+4/5 or equivalent); enrolment in an alternance/work‑study programme required.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
