Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and dashboards for international activities.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting cycle, including variance analysis and consolidation of regional inputs.
- Perform financial analysis to identify key trends, drivers and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Act as a business partner to regional finance teams, helping translate local operational data into corporate reporting.
- Contribute to digitalisation initiatives for reporting tools and take part in cross‑functional finance projects.
- Draft concise, data‑driven presentations for internal committees and management reviews.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a higher education programme in Finance, Management Control, Accounting or equivalent.
- First internship experience in management control, financial audit or corporate finance is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and PivotTables.
- Strong analytical rigour, attention to detail and numerical literacy.
- Good oral and written communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Experience
Entry-level. No extensive professional experience required; previous internship(s) in management control or audit will be positively regarded.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Finance, Management Control, Accounting or a closely related discipline.
