Hennessy in Paris seeks a Junior Brand Manager apprentice — on-site marketing apprenticeship for the Super Premium portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and creative conceptualization of new products, packaging briefs and marketing mock-ups including limited editions and market-specific or channel-specific references.
  • Participate in the preparation and validation of technical execution documents and contribute to industrial sign-offs (BAT) and launch follow-up for production series.
  • Drive development of on-trade service tools and follow related projects to delivery.
  • Contribute to creation and coordination of visual and written assets (key visuals, films, packshots, manifestos, taglines, retail texts), including organisation of shootings and 3D projects.
  • Help build product activation platforms and communication tools for global operational teams (activation books, retail guidelines, digital & PR kits).
  • Support 360° launch activations in coordination with internal teams and agencies and perform post-launch analyses.
  • Contribute to performance analysis of launches and ad hoc market studies; maintain proactive market, competitive and trend intelligence.
  • Coordinate internationally with markets and subsidiaries for POSM and product launches; act as a market contact for launch-related matters.
  • Support offer animation by creating sales aids, cocktail recipes, service rituals and point-of-sale scenography.
  • Assist with budget follow-up: update trackers, create suppliers and purchase orders, and monitor quotes and invoices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Previous internship or alternance experience in marketing preferred, ideally in luxury, spirits or FMCG sectors.
  • Excellent written and spoken French; very good command of English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); curiosity and willingness to learn digital tools (PowerBI, Data Asset Management tools).
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and time management.
  • Analytical mindset with a solution-orientation and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Creative, proactive, autonomous, adaptable and team-oriented.

Experience
