Role & Responsibilities
- Process investment requests: receive, analyse and follow up investment dossiers, ensuring completeness and regulatory compliance.
- Manage validation workflows: initiate and monitor internal approval circuits for investment authorisations.
- Post investment invoices into the ERP: ensure accurate accounting entries and data integrity.
- Commission and track fixed assets from entry through disposal, maintaining lifecycle records.
- Support monthly control operations and ad hoc accounting checks as required by the team.
Qualifications
- BTS in Accounting and Management (or equivalent) and currently preparing the DCG diploma.
- Demonstrable rigour, organisational skills and strong analytical ability.
- Curiosity, proactivity and a collaborative attitude to learn quickly within a team.
- Good interpersonal skills and readiness to work under the supervision of a tutor.
