Role & Responsibilities
- Support operational project management for Maison Hennessy events, including logistical planning, on‑site coordination and post‑event follow‑up.
- Track deadlines and milestones in coordination with internal teams and external agencies to ensure flawless delivery consistent with brand standards.
- Contribute to the drafting and formalization of briefs, event guidelines and dinner directives to guarantee uniformity and excellence of guest experiences.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of provisional budgets and expense follow‑up for events.
- Support public relations activities: drafting press materials (press releases, press packs) and creating launch tools such as seeding kits.
- Manage day‑to‑day communication tasks across agency relations, internal communication, marketing and market teams.
- Conduct trend and prospecting research to propose new concepts and creative ideas aligned with the Maison’s universe.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 (M1/M2) in communication, marketing, event management or business school with a strong interest in luxury.
- Prior internship or practical experience in events or communications is an advantage, ideally within luxury, spirits or agency environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, autonomous and solution‑oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and propose relevant actions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Fluent written and spoken English (indispensable).
Skills
Experience
Student level (M1/M2) intended for an internship; a first internship or experience in events or communications is appreciated but not mandatory. Luxury- or agency-experience is a plus.
Education
Master's student (M1/M2) in communication, marketing, event management or business school (or equivalent).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
