Hennessy — Cognac: Editorial and Events Communications Apprentice (apprenticeship) to support content creation and event coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the editorial calendar across web, newsletter and social channels to ensure alignment with the Maison’s communication strategy.
- Support end-to-end content production for video and photo shoots: organise shoots, create storyboards and scripts, prepare interview questions, assist during shooting and support post-production and asset delivery.
- Capture and produce video content as required and assist with upload/publication workflows.
- Draft and design digital and print content — texts, graphics and layouts — in coordination with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Collect, prepare and consolidate content inputs from cross‑functional contributors according to the editorial schedule.
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics and contribute to reporting and recommendations.
- Support the preparation, logistical coordination and on‑site management of events: participant welcome, visitor flow, badges and documentation.
- Contribute to the creation of event‑related communications and support post‑event follow‑up, participant feedback collection and event reporting.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a relevant higher‑education programme (communications, marketing, journalism or equivalent) — apprenticeship requirement.
- Fluent in French with strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Prior experience or internships in communications or media production strongly preferred.
- Proven organisational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to coordinate multiple contributors.
- Creative sensibility, curiosity for social media trends and a genuine interest in viticulture/wines & spirits.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within multi‑disciplinary teams.

Experience
Beginner — suitable for students or recent graduates; prior internships or coursework in communications, media or events are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in communications, marketing, journalism, media production or a closely related field (required for apprenticeship).
