Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Design & Visual Identity Manager in deploying and safeguarding the Maison’s visual identity across internal channels and international markets.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of permanent and seasonal marketing activations for retail and tasting spaces, including limited editions and campaign assets.
  • Participate in the end-to-end development of corporate gifting ranges in collaboration with internal stakeholders (marketing, purchasing, development, supply chain) and external partners (creative agencies, designers, manufacturers).
  • Assist in the coordination of space and hospitality projects such as renovations of reception areas, visitor circuits and cooperage, and support larger architectural initiatives.
  • Prepare creative briefs, follow up on production timelines and ensure brand-consistent application of materials and finishes across touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (Bac+4/5 or equivalent) with a specialisation in marketing, design, communications or a closely related discipline.
  • Good command of written and spoken English to liaise with international stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, rigor, autonomy and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Keen aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail; prior internship experience in marketing or design is an advantage.
