Hennessy is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer Intern for its Operations team in Cognac. Working alongside the Continuous Improvement Manager, the intern will support a cross-functional review of the continuous improvement approach and transition to Fabriq, working with industrial, administrative and oenotourism teams. This is an internship on a 4.5-day workweek, with Friday afternoons off.
Role & Responsibilities
- Understand each team's needs and support it in evolving the indicators used in its routines.
- Propose a visual management mock-up to each team, identifying the most suitable technical solutions.
- Advise teams on the rationale behind proposals to encourage adoption of the continuous improvement mindset.
- Gather team feedback and adapt mock-ups accordingly.
- Liaise with the Fabriq solution provider.
- Train relevant employees by preparing clear, impactful materials that support the long-term sustainability of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- Bac+5 degree, ideally in industrial engineering, continuous improvement or a related field.
- Dynamic, autonomous, curious, humble and team-oriented.
- Able to combine active listening with persuasive communication.
- Interest in hands-on work and working alongside industrial teams.
- Comfortable with digital tools and curious about innovation.
- Proficient in office tools.
