Hennessy is seeking a Climate Projects Intern in Cognac to support its Sustainable Development team with regulatory carbon reporting, decarbonization planning and climate workshops. This is a full-time internship; the schedule is 4.5 days per week, with Friday afternoons off.
Role & Responsibilities
- Update the regulatory carbon footprint assessment for scopes 1, 2 and 3, specifying FLAG and Energy/Industry emissions in line with SBTi requirements.
- Prepare the regulatory carbon footprint declaration.
- Support deployment of the carbon footprint tool in viticulture among partners.
- Contribute to the carbon software tool proposed by LVMH.
- Update the decarbonization pathway in line with associated medium-term plans.
- Co-facilitate 2 Tonnes and Climate Fresk workshops.
- Prepare materials for the Carbon Committee.
Qualifications
- Studying at a business school, engineering school or equivalent university program, specializing in environment, agronomy or sustainable development/CSR.
- Knowledge of carbon methodology and climate change.
- Interest in Excel and calculation software.
- French and English language skills.
- Knowledge of the Office suite.
