Hennessy seeks Assistant Brand Manager for Prestige portfolio internship in Paris. Support iconic cognac campaigns, product development, and retail strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop limited editions by serving as primary liaison with creative agencies and packaging teams, ensuring budget compliance, quality standards, and launch timelines
  • Support creative direction through mood boards, concept development, and storytelling for prestige franchise visibility
  • Prepare product materials and presentations for executive leadership reviews
  • Contribute to 360° marketing campaign development, including shooting coordination, digital orchestration, and asset creation
  • Conduct post-campaign digital performance analysis and reporting
  • Create and deploy institutional assets for key commercial moments and retail moments
  • Design and implement retail animation programs, including personalization initiatives, point-of-sale support tools, and service rituals
  • Analyze competitive landscape, franchise performance, consumer behavior, and luxury market trends
  • Share industry insights and luxury sector developments across fashion, jewelry, watchmaking, automotive, and travel sectors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business school or equivalent university program, final year of studies
  • Minimum six months prior professional experience in marketing, ideally within luxury sector
  • Passionate about luxury and spirits industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English (written, spoken, and reading)
  • Fluent in French (written, spoken, and reading)
