Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets, managing, assigning and tracking performance metrics.
- Improve counter service standards to deliver an outstanding consumer experience and strengthen consumer relationships.
- Manage counter consumer relationships and develop plans to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
