Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
- Manage sales performance by guiding the team toward targets and managing, allocating and tracking key performance indicators.
- Improve counter service standards, deliver an exceptional consumer experience and strengthen consumer relationships.
- Manage counter consumer relationships and develop plans to retain existing clients and attract new ones.
