Helena Rubinstein is seeking a Beauty Advisor in Hangzhou on a fixed-term contract. The role combines personalized beauty consultations and sales target achievement with customer relationship development, counter operations, and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional brand consultations and an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Meet all sales targets set by the company.
- Use sales techniques to recommend suitable products and deliver a professional, personalized experience that meets customer expectations.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, recruit new customers, and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with department store and shopping mall staff.
- Stay informed about beauty market trends and competitors.
- Maintain knowledge of the brand and product categories, including skincare, makeup techniques, and fragrance.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized consultations, recommend suitable products, and support customers during product trials.
- Represent the brand through attentive service and after-sales support; understand customer profiles and maintain timely contact with customers, using empathy and communication skills.
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the counter manager, such as merchandising, cleaning, and stocktaking, and safeguard store and counter assets.
- Use relevant retail systems, beauty equipment, and digital tools.
- Comply with company policies and maintain the brand image.
